The Purpose: To log the next year of my life-the ups, the downs, and the in-betweens-in a manner that will let my friends and family know that, yes, I am still alive, even 4000+ miles away.

The Plan: To post pictures, music, food, art, and other new discoveries, along with a written log of my everyday, ordinary or not, life as the year progresses.

Last weekend I finally went on a touristy trip to Dublin. I saw all the attractions, encountered dead bodies (Yay National Archaeology Museum of Ireland... :/), and even entered the dangerous world that is Temple Bar (only to leave about 20 minutes later...)

A good weekend with friends.

See for yourself:

  1. I started typing what I love about each picture...and then my computer died on me. <_< So pissed off at that. >:/
But these are all beautiful pictures Claudia, in particular (counting from top to bottom)#2 #19 and #23 #27 and #33

2- The Silhouette of the buildings against blue skies and dark waters is so calming.
19-This picture, despite it being visibly on ground, has a very airy feeling to it. blue and open skies...love it.
23-I kid you not, this looks like a picture taken off an old classic film.
    27- Cloudy skies and architecture...need I say more? :)
33-I want to be here. Again, i love the grays in the picture, but the color of the wood and that big copper-looking sphere gives the pic just a bit more energy. The art piece is so intriguing...did you get a closer picture of it by any chance?

  2. Oh, and of course I love the picture of the horse. I shall call her (or him) Shaneigh-neigh. Or Neigh-Neigh for short.

  3. The name of the horse's friend in the back is Racquel.
